These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 880bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered at the 880bd website and associated domains. By using any part of the 880bd platform, you confirm full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Key Definitions

These Terms should be read together with the 880bd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the player and 880bd. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional-specific terms published on the platform, the promotional terms shall apply to that specific promotion only, and these general Terms shall apply to all other matters.

880bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, where required for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or business reasons. 880bd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform unavailability.

To access the full range of services on the 880bd platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must first create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals in Bangladesh who meet the requirements set out in this section and in Section 3 (Age Restriction and Verification).

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. See Section 3 for full age verification requirements.
• You must be a resident of or currently located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and play.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from the 880bd platform or any other gambling service under a multi-operator exclusion scheme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business entity, or syndicate. Account registration is for individual personal use only.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of 880bd, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written permission has been obtained from 880bd management.

Account Security Obligations

Upon registration, you will create login credentials (username and password) that are unique to your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 880bd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP) for your account. You must notify 880bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, accessed by an unauthorised third party, or used fraudulently.

880bd accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access where the player has shared their credentials, failed to secure their device, or failed to report suspected compromise in a timely manner. Any bets placed or withdrawals processed before a compromise is reported to 880bd will be treated as valid transactions.

Account Verification (KYC)

880bd may at any time request that a player complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) by submitting copies of acceptable identification documents. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method ownership (for example, confirmation that the registered bKash number belongs to the account holder) may also be requested. Withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 within a 30-day rolling period will trigger a mandatory KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a request will result in temporary withdrawal suspension until the process is completed.

At the point of registration, all players must confirm that they are 18 years of age or older by ticking the relevant declaration checkbox. This declaration is a binding representation of fact. Providing a false age declaration is a material breach of these Terms and constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation.

Age Verification Process

880bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, without providing a reason for the request. Where an age verification request is triggered, the player's account will be placed in a restricted state — they may log in and view their account but may not place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals until verification is completed. Acceptable age verification documents are:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid Bangladesh passport — biographical data page
• Bangladesh driving licence issued by BRTA
• Birth registration certificate (for borderline cases only, alongside a secondary document)

Documents must be clear, legible, and unexpired. Photographs of documents taken on a mobile camera are acceptable provided the full document is visible and the text is readable. Edited, cropped, or doctored documents will be rejected and the account will be permanently closed. All KYC documents submitted to 880bd are handled in accordance with the 880bd Privacy Policy and are retained only for the duration required by applicable data protection standards.

Consequences of Underage Gambling

If 880bd determines at any point that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any time during their use of the platform, the following actions will be taken immediately and without recourse:

• The account will be permanently closed.
• All bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited in full.
• Real money deposits may be returned to the originating payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) at 880bd's discretion, minus any amounts staked from the real money balance during the period of underage use.
• The matter may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

880bd actively uses age-estimation tools and cross-references registration data against national identity databases where technically feasible. These measures are in addition to, not a substitute for, the player's own obligation to register truthfully.

All financial transactions on the 880bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 880bd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank may be available subject to transaction thresholds. All financial transactions are processed over 256-bit SSL-encrypted connections.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 via all supported mobile wallet methods.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳200,000. Higher limits may be available upon verified KYC completion and written request to support.
• Deposits are credited to the 880bd account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, the player should retain their transaction reference number and contact support at [email protected].

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: ৳100,000. Multiple withdrawals in a 24-hour period may be subject to a cumulative daily cap of ৳200,000.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes on average during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method (and the same wallet number or bank account) used for the most recent deposit, unless a method-change request has been submitted to and approved by 880bd support.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• 880bd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, fraud investigation, or review for potential breach of these Terms.

880bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including a 200% welcome bonus on first deposit of up to ৳20,000. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion.

Welcome Bonus

• New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit of ৳500 or more receive a 200% matched bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000 in bonus funds.
• Example: A qualifying deposit of ৳5,000 generates ৳10,000 in bonus funds, giving the player a total balance of ৳15,000 to play with.
• The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. It may not be claimed by players who have previously held an 880bd account.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering contributions by game type: slots — 100%; live casino table games — 10%; sportsbook bets at odds of 1.5 or higher — 100%; sportsbook bets at odds below 1.5 — 0%.
• The welcome bonus must be wagered within 30 days of the deposit date. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after 30 days will be automatically removed from the account.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may not be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash.
• 880bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify any player from a promotion if evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of bonus terms is detected.
• Players who request withdrawal of their real money balance before meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus will forfeit the entire bonus balance and any associated pending winnings.
• Seasonal and event-specific promotions (BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh) are subject to their own published terms and are available for limited time periods only.
• Cashback promotions, where offered, are calculated on net losses within the specified period and credited as bonus funds subject to a 5x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.

All bets placed on the 880bd platform — whether on cricket, other sports, live casino tables, or slots — are subject to the rules set out in this section and the specific game or market rules published on the platform. By placing a bet or launching a game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

Sportsbook Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except where 880bd explicitly offers a cash-out function and the player initiates a cash-out before the relevant event concludes.
• In-play (live) bets on cricket and other sports are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for connectivity and market price updates. 880bd reserves the right to void any in-play bet where a material event (such as a wicket, boundary, or dismissal) occurred between the player placing the bet and the system confirming acceptance, if the outcome of that event materially affects the bet's value.
• Events abandoned or cancelled before the minimum qualifying time has elapsed (as defined in the specific sport rules) will result in bets being voided and stakes returned to the player's real money balance.
• Minimum single bet stake: ৳100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• 880bd cricket markets cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series, and other ICC-sanctioned matches involving Bangladesh Tigers or of strong Bangladeshi-market interest. Market availability is subject to event schedules and may vary.

Live Casino and Slots

• All live casino games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and game shows) are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game rules are published within each game interface and are governed by the respective provider's rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one 880bd account, either directly or indirectly through third parties.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through structured deposit-and-withdrawal patterns, coordinated play with other accounts, or any method designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of a casino game, exploit live dealer situations, or share information in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the 880bd platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds. 880bd is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversal requests against deposits made to 880bd. Players who initiate unjustified chargebacks will have their account closed and outstanding balances offset against the disputed amount.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the 880bd platform, its servers, or its software infrastructure.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification, including false age declarations.

880bd employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account restriction, a full audit of the account's transaction history, and forfeiture of any balance attributable to the prohibited activity. 880bd's determination in these matters is final.

880bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any term in these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month after the initial 12-month period, applied against any remaining real money balance. Players will be notified by available contact details before fees begin to apply.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Player-Initiated Closure

Any player may request the closure of their 880bd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided KYC requirements are satisfied and no pending investigation is open. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure are forfeited unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion rather than permanent account closure. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked, login is disabled, and all marketing communications are suspended. These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. 880bd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
